2026 West Malaysia Air Shipping Rates
West Malaysia air shipping is divided into Air Express and Air Economy, with separate general-cargo and special-cargo rates. The rate card bills in 0.5kg increments.

West Malaysia Air Billing Rules
- Limits: actual weight no more than 30kg, longest side no more than 100cm, and total of three sides no more than 160cm.
- Dimensional weight:
length × width × height (cm) ÷ 6000. - The rate card states that when dimensional weight exceeds actual weight by no more than 20kg, actual weight is charged. When the difference exceeds 20kg, billable weight is “(dimensional weight + actual weight) ÷ 2.”
- Any partial first or additional 0.5kg is rounded up to 0.5kg.
2026 West Malaysia Sea Shipping Rates
West Malaysia sea shipping is divided into Sea Express and Sea Economy. Small parcels use first-kilogram and additional-kilogram pricing. The 30–500kg tier is treated as large freight and carries a ¥60 charge per shipment.

- The greater of actual and dimensional weight is charged. Dimensional weight is

- A parcel is treated as large freight when actual weight exceeds 30kg or the total of three sides exceeds 180cm.
- The overall limits shown on the West Malaysia sea rate card are 500kg actual weight, 200cm on one side, and 500cm for the total of three sides.
- The local carrier may collect additional fees offline for large-item delivery to islands or remote areas.

2026 Delivery-Time and Compensation Standards
The rate card starts the clock on the next working day after successful payment. The “delay threshold” is the point at which delay compensation may apply, while the “maximum delivery time” is used for severe-overdue cases.

Damage, Loss, and Maximum-Time Claims
- West Malaysia express services, including the Sea Green Line, and East Malaysia routes: damage or loss is compensated according to declared cargo value, up to ¥2,000, with shipping refunded.
- West Malaysia economy services: damage or loss is compensated according to cargo value, up to ¥1,000, with shipping refunded.
- If the maximum delivery time is exceeded and the carrier cannot confirm the parcel status, compensation is based on cargo value plus a shipping refund. The limit is ¥2,000 for West Malaysia express and East Malaysia routes, and ¥1,000 for West Malaysia economy routes.
Delays caused by holidays, customs inspections, or other factors outside the carrier's control generally do not count toward the service clock. Commitments may also change during major promotions such as 11.11 and 12.12. Political events, natural disasters, and other force-majeure events are generally excluded. Final eligibility depends on the compensation terms and support review.
Air or Sea: Which Should You Choose?
- Small and urgent: compare air first. For East Malaysia, account for the higher air rate.
- Heavy and non-urgent: compare sea, especially above 11kg or for large consolidated freight, but include the ¥60 large-item charge.
- Food: confirm that the exact product is accepted on the Sea Green Line before comparing its rate and time with standard sea options.
- Bulky but light: calculate dimensional weight first. Actual weight alone can underestimate cost or move a parcel into the large-freight category.

The rate card notes that warehouse storage is free for 90 days after intake. After 90 days, the fee is ¥1 per order per day. A parcel left without action for more than 120 days may be treated as abandoned and destroyed. Leave enough time for intake, consolidation, and payment.
